Customize Size For INSIDE MOUNTING roller blinds, a minimum window frame depth of 2" is required. Custom blackout roller window shades should be 1/4" narrower than the window width, with the length matching the window's height. For OUTSIDE MOUNTING roller shades, add 4 inches to both the width and length for optimal coverage.
